Co-created by HUB BUB staffers Eric Kocher and Tim Giles, The Latest Thing in Spartanburg is a live, late-night talk show about all things Spartanburg. Taking pointers from the Tonight Show, the Late Show as well as live television entertainment like Saturday Night Live, this live talk show provides audiences with the opportunity to learn about Spartanburg’s leaders, personalities, and local businesses.
With a writing team of Spartanburg artists, local sketch comedy and improv group AirBud, and house band The Stolen Notes the Latest Thing also showcases local talent. This show has demonstrated that our artists have just as much to offer as anyone making their work in a larger city.
